Hi! I’m Emily

Welcome to my website. I am so glad you’re here!

I started my love for fitness close to 20 years ago.  For 15 years I did program after program, always trying what was new and looking for the best.  Fitness lifestyle changed once my 2 kids came along.  It was about finding the time to work out while working full time and taking care of two children 20 months apart.  I started training my sister and a co-worker through video chat in 2020.  I started writing workouts and then having them join me while I worked out. From there it has grown into something that is so amazing to me.  This just isn’t a workout to me this is my passion and I will continue to put my workouts out no matter the number of ladies in class.  Working out has changed my life mentally and physically.  Lifting weights transforms your body like nothing else.  Feeling strong is powerful and everyone should feel amazing after they put 30 minutes in to improve themselves. I work as a full-time dental hygienist and have a 4-year-old girl and a 2-year-old little boy.  Life is busy but working on myself helps me be the best mom I can be.
